Returns

Because our products are perishable consumable goods, we do not accept returns after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • Damaged products
  • Leaking cans
  • Incorrect items

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

Refunds or Replacements

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund to the original payment method

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal taste preferences
  • Minor cosmetic dents that do not affect product integrity
